Hi Shelley, Your dress is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing! No problem using email at all! Let’s get started! I know that you said that you were going to look through some of the links I provided, but I did spend some time looking at your initial request and put together some ideas based on that, but we can explore as many ideas and options as you would like. For your design, I see that you picked the Flash shoe, which is actually a 3 ½” heel, so I wanted to make some recommendations that are a little less than 3 ½” for the base shoe. I included them below. Please note that we measure heel height from the inside of the heel and not the back of the shoe up. I like Addison a lot for you, as it’s about the right heel height and it has got some sparkle on the toe of the shoes. If you like it, I was thinking that we could do that shoe in Lapis with a painted sole (did you have a contrasting color that you wanted to use? or we could do silver or gold if you want something neutral) and then do the “Save the Date” also in Lapis. I attached some font options for that. As far as the charm goes, the sky is the limit! We can pretty much do anything you like! There are a variety of ways to attach it, but I included some examples below. Let me know what you think! In terms of next steps, I like to continue the process of sharing ideas and images, so let me know what you like and what you don’t, how close we are on budget and any other thoughts or ideas that you have. Once we get the design details refined, you’ll have the option of having our in-house artist complete a sketch for you of your shoes and/or participating in The Perfect Fit program. If you’d like to move forward with the production of your shoes, we can do that too, as not all brides want to do The Perfect Fit or the sketch and that’s totally fine!
